After serving in the Army for nearly a decade, Mike transitioned to the tree services and landscape industry in 2014. He's excelled as a climbing arborist (tree climber) while continuously cultivating his passion for sophisticated climbing and rigging techniques. Mike's goal for every job is to improve the appearance and health of a tree OR manage it's safe, strategic removal. In addition to having an epic beard, Mike's attention to detail ensures every job gets done safely and that all industry best practices are utilized.

Courtenay is a Registered Nurse by day (or 12-hour shift) and marketing/admin wizard by night (and all other hours). She helps to manage much of the "in office" fun and keeps Mike in line when he's not busy swinging from trees.
